Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Premium Standard Shipping: $8.95 flat rate for orders under $85 or free for orders over $85. Please contact support@beautyyioza.com.au for large orders.
- Express Shipping: $13.00 flat rate if your order is under $135 or free if your order is over $135. Please contact support@beautyyioza.com.au for large orders.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
General Information
- All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
- Delivery times may vary due to sale periods, public holidays, or extreme weather events.
- We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available during business hours. If no one is present, the parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any inconvenience. We are not liable for incorrect addresses.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, a return and redelivery fee of $20 will apply.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Authority to Leave
- You may authorize delivery by signature by contacting support@beautyyioza.com.au before you place your order; otherwise, the order will be shipped as 'authority to leave' by default.
- Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if the status shows "delivered" from the courier.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless products are damaged or defective upon received. Please contact us within 7 days with photos of damaged items for further discussion.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
